Ec40 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ec40 platform. Continued use of the platform means you accept and agree to all Terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ec40 platform via ec40.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and game-specific rules available on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ec40 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. ec40 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms.

The ec40 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who are under the required age are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform's services.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one account on ec40. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ec40 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel outside the official platform. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

  • Use a strong and unique password for your ec40 account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available in your profile settings.
  • Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
  • Make sure your registered email address is active, as it will be used for important notifications.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As an ec40 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the security systems of the ec40 platform.
  • Defrauding or attempting to defraud ec40 or other users by any means.
  • Creating fake accounts or assuming another person's identity.
  • Abusing bonuses and promotions in a manner that contravenes the applicable promotion terms.
  • Launching any denial-of-service attacks or other technical disruptions against the platform.

Ec40 reserves the right to monitor account activity to identify suspicious behaviour or violations of these Terms. Any breach may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and balance freeze without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the ec40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX and selected e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to standard security checks, including user identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. ec40 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

If a bonus has been activated, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements that must be completed first. Full terms for each promotion are available on the relevant promotions page. Users are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements before activating any bonus. For any transaction-related disputes, users must submit a complaint within 30 days of the transaction date.

  • All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Ec40 does not impose any hidden fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.
  • All transaction records are available in your account history for review.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

Ec40 provides the platform on an as-is basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that it will meet any specific user expectations. ec40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses.

Ec40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

  • The user has violated any of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
  • There is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
  • The user creates multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
  • Account activity indicates the use of unauthorised software or other fraudulent methods.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ec40 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonuses and winnings associated with the violating activity. Any legitimate original deposit balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, subject to individual case assessment.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the ec40 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of ec40 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ec40.

The ec40 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. ec40 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

Ec40 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
